If you happen to be a fan of The New Yankee Workshop and Star Wars, you can skip the part below about the name because you likely already understand the link. I fall into the group that's a fan of both.

The New Wookiee Workshop is my attempt to bring together fans of The New Yankee Workshop, many of which I've found have been looking for more information on the show, just like me.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan as well. Much of my time is focused on Star Wars collecting via another website I run, Rebelscum.com, and general Star Wars fandom at TheForce.net. In case you didn't know, Chewbacca is a Wookiee that appeared in the first three Star Wars films and in 2005, the sixth and final movie as well.

Once upon a time, my buddy Chris Holoka, graphics master of all the sites I run, sent me a shop apron with our site logo on it as a Chrismas present. I loved the combination of the two and that's how I ended up with it on this site.
