David: A view from the back of the This Old House Roxbury project house as some of the crew installs part of the newly built framework, which will replace the rotted original wood that was demolished. The Roxbury project features a vacant 1870s-era Second Empire located in an urban neighborhood of Boston. This Old House is partnering with the City of Boston and local non-profit Nuestra Comunidad to fully renovate this foreclosed property.
