David: Why is it, we wonder, that the Adirondack chairs and the variations we've shown over the years seem to be so popular with our viewers? Is it simply that the projects are easy to build, don't require complicated tools, and provide comfort and long life in use. Yeah.


The current favorite called "The Adirondack Trio" is Norm's latest greatest version of the classic he created nearly 20 years ago. It has the same comfortable seat and back held together with improved fasteners and adhesives and even includes a foot rest and small table to complete the "trio". In this episode you'll see Norm teaching our pal Sara Furguson, a novice wood worker herself, how to build one. The results are very rewarding as you will see.
